At Daily Pursuit of Truth, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering our Christian canvas artwork. Each piece is made with care, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy before placing your order.
Lifetime Warranty
Every canvas is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against damage on arrival, production defects, and manufacturing issues.
If your canvas arrives damaged, has a print issue, frame defect, or another manufacturing problem, please email support@dailypursuitoftruth.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. In most approved warranty cases, you will not need to return the original item.
This warranty covers:
Damage during delivery
Frame defects or separation
Print quality problems
Production mistakes
Manufacturing defects
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage after delivery
Drops, impacts, scratches, or improper handling
Water damage from spills, leaks, humidity, or flooding
Intentional damage, misuse, or neglect
Damage caused during moving, storage, or customer-arranged shipping
Normal wear over time
Fading or discoloration caused by long-term direct sunlight exposure
Our Lifetime Warranty applies to eligible orders worldwide.
30-Day Satisfaction Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return if you are not fully satisfied with your canvas.
To be eligible for a satisfaction return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in clean, resellable condition
The item must be returned safely packaged
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
You must include your order number, name, and reason for the return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved defect, damage, or fulfillment error. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We can only approve a return refund after the item reaches us in acceptable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for a standard satisfaction return:
Gift cards
Final sale items, where clearly marked
Items returned used, damaged, or not in resellable condition
Personalized or custom-made designs created specifically at the customer’s request
If an item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, it may still be covered under our Lifetime Warranty even if it is not eligible for a standard return.
Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, or because the package was not claimed, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
If you notice an address mistake after ordering, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@dailypursuitoftruth.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows a delivery problem or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to review the issue.
Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or other events outside our control do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will always try to help resolve the situation fairly.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
To request a return, refund, or warranty replacement, email us at support@dailypursuitoftruth.com.
Please include:
Your order number
Your full name
The email used for the order
Photos of the item and packaging, if the issue involves damage or a defect
A short explanation of the issue or reason for return
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider, or payment processor may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original standard shipping costs may be refunded where required by law. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an approved defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
