Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by Daily Pursuit of Truth are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Ordering the wrong size
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Accidental orders
• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@dailypursuitoftruth.com
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the problem.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@dailypursuitoftruth.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@dailypursuitoftruth.com with your order number.
We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment provider to investigate the issue. Please note that delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside of our control.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was received
• The issue cannot reasonably be resolved through a replacement
Refund requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Order Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dailypursuitoftruth.com. If production has already begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
