For U.S. orders, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return if you simply change your mind. The canvas must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

For international orders, we cannot offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. However, if your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will still make it right at no cost to you under our Lifetime Quality Warranty.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers transit damage, frame defects, print faults and production mistakes, worldwide and for life. Email your order number with a few clear photos and once approved we send a replacement free of charge. In most approved cases you will not need to return the original piece.
