Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of every canvas we sell.

If your canvas arrives damaged, incorrectly printed, defective, or affected by a manufacturing fault, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange the appropriate replacement when the problem qualifies under our policy.

Outside of our U.S. satisfaction policy, we do not normally accept returns because of a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or frame, entering an incorrect shipping address, or another mistake made when placing the order.

U.S. customers receive additional protection. If your order was delivered in the United States, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us and request a return if you are not satisfied with your canvas for any reason. Our support team will provide the return instructions.

If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, please contact us. We are happy to review your individual case.

What if my canvas arrives damaged or incorrectly printed?

Please contact us as soon as you notice the problem.

Send us your order number together with clear photographs showing the canvas, the affected area, and, when relevant, the shipping packaging.

Qualifying problems may include:

Damage that occurred during delivery
Visible printing defects
Incorrect artwork being produced
An incorrect size or frame being produced
Structural or manufacturing defects
Other faults that prevent the canvas from arriving as intended

Once we confirm the issue, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate qualifying replacement. You should never be expected to simply accept a defective product.

What does the Lifetime Replacement Warranty cover?

Our Lifetime Replacement Warranty exists because we want you to feel confident that we stand behind the workmanship of your canvas long after the initial delivery.

If a qualifying issue involving the printing, construction, workmanship, frame, canvas, or another covered manufacturing defect becomes apparent, contact us with your original order information and clear photographs of the problem.

Our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement solution.

The warranty is intended to protect you from genuine product defects. It does not cover change of mind, accidental damage after delivery, improper handling, misuse, improper storage, or deliberate damage.

Not sure whether your issue is covered? Send us your order information and photographs. We will be happy to review the situation with you.

What makes your canvases premium?

For us, premium quality is not simply about putting a beautiful image onto canvas. It is the combination of the artwork preparation, resolution, printing, canvas material, texture, construction, finishing, and final presentation.

Before artwork is sent to production, our team carefully examines its resolution, sharpness, fine details, composition, tonal balance, contrast, and enlargement quality.

The artwork is prepared specifically for large-format printing so that details remain as clear and refined as possible at the larger canvas sizes we offer.

Our canvases use a substantial textured canvas surface with a refined matte appearance. The texture adds physical depth and gives the artwork a richer presence than a flat poster or ordinary paper print.

The canvas is stretched over sturdy wooden stretcher bars to create a proper gallery-style structure.

Customers who select Premium Black or Premium White receive an additional floating-style outer frame. The visual separation between the canvas and the outer frame creates an elevated gallery presentation.

We also pay significant attention to the digital artwork itself. Even an expensive canvas cannot compensate for poorly prepared source artwork. That is why image preparation, enlargement quality, and final inspection are such important parts of our process.

Our goal is simple. When your order arrives, it should feel like a substantial piece of Christian wall art made to become part of your home, not simply an image printed onto material.

How are these designs made?

Every design sold through Daily Pursuit of Truth is prepared by our team using professional digital design and image-editing software, including tools such as Adobe Photoshop.

Before a piece is approved for printing, we carefully examine the image at high resolution and work on elements such as sharpness, composition, color balance, contrast, texture, detail, and overall visual quality.

Designs are then carefully upscaled and prepared for large-format printing so that the artwork retains as much detail and clarity as possible when produced at our larger canvas sizes.

Some pieces in our collection are original compositions developed by our team.

Other designs may be adaptations, restorations, or new artistic presentations of existing artwork. When a piece is based on the work of an identifiable original artist, creator, or source that should be credited, we aim to provide the appropriate attribution.

We do more than simply enlarge an image. Each piece is carefully prepared specifically to work as high-quality Christian wall art at the sizes we offer.

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

We work hard to make our product photography and mockups represent the final artwork as accurately as possible.

However, phones, tablets, laptops, and monitors can all display brightness, contrast, saturation, and color slightly differently. A physical canvas also reflects real light rather than producing light from a screen.

One of the things we have been particularly encouraged to hear from customers is that the physical artwork looks even better in person than it does in the photographs.

The canvas texture, physical scale, depth, frame, fine details, and the way the artwork interacts with the room are difficult to fully communicate through a screen.

Small differences in perceived color are therefore normal, but the artwork is carefully prepared to preserve its intended appearance and detail.

What is the difference between the frame options?

Premium Canvas The artwork is presented as a clean gallery-wrapped canvas without an additional decorative outer frame. It provides a clean and minimal gallery presentation.

Premium Black The canvas is placed inside a black floating-style outer frame. It creates strong contrast and works particularly well with dramatic, traditional, darker, and gold-accented artwork.

Premium White The same floating-style presentation is finished in white for a brighter and softer appearance. It works beautifully with light walls, neutral interiors, and brighter rooms.

All three options are designed to keep the artwork itself as the focal point.

Which canvas size should I choose?

Small: 12" × 18" A great choice for smaller walls, prayer spaces, offices, bedrooms, shelves, entryways, or gallery-wall arrangements.

Medium: 16" × 24" A balanced all-around size. It gives the artwork noticeable presence while still fitting comfortably in most rooms.

Large: 24" × 36" The strongest statement size. We recommend it when you want the artwork to become a focal point above a sofa, bed, console, dining area, or larger open wall.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We currently offer free shipping to customers in:

United States
Canada
United Kingdom
Australia

Eligible orders to these destinations do not require an additional standard shipping charge.

How long will my canvas take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within approximately 5 to 8 business days.

Your artwork first needs to be produced and prepared before it enters the carrier network, so tracking may not appear immediately after your order is placed.

Delivery times can occasionally vary because of destination, production volume, weekends, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

Once your canvas has been produced and shipped, tracking information is added to your order so that you can follow your shipment through the carrier network.

If you ever have trouble finding your tracking information, contact us with your order details and we will help you locate it.

Is checkout secure?

Yes.

Payments are processed through established secure payment systems rather than being manually collected by our team.

Sensitive payment information, such as your complete card details, is handled through the secure checkout process. We do not manually receive or store your full credit-card number through a normal store order.

You can complete your purchase using the secure payment options displayed during checkout.

Does my purchase help persecuted Christians?

$2 from every order is donated to help persecuted Christians around the world.

Yes. We donate funds from every order to organizations that directly support Christians who suffer because of their faith.

Our donations currently support Open Doors and Global Christian Relief.

Open Doors

Open Doors has served persecuted Christians for more than 70 years. Their work includes supporting believers in some of the most difficult places in the world, strengthening local churches, providing practical assistance, distributing Bibles and Christian resources, and helping Christians remain connected to the wider Church when persecution leaves them isolated.

Learn About Open Doors

Global Christian Relief

Global Christian Relief supports persecuted Christians through both immediate relief and long-term assistance. Their work includes emergency aid, food, shelter, medical care, safe housing, legal support, Bibles, training, economic support, discipleship, and strengthening churches in communities where Christians are under pressure.

Learn About Global Christian Relief

We believe that if we publicly promise to donate part of every order, our customers should be able to hold us accountable for that promise.

That is why our website includes a donation tracker showing how much money has been donated toward helping persecuted Christians.

Would you like proof of our donations? Feel free to contact us. We will be happy to provide available payment confirmations or donation records showing that our donations to organizations such as Open Doors and Global Christian Relief were actually made.

Supporting persecuted Christians is part of the mission behind Daily Pursuit of Truth, and every order helps us continue that support.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Our canvases can enter production soon after an order has been submitted.

If production has not yet begun, we will check whether your requested change or cancellation can still be made.

Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled.

This is particularly important if you need to change:

The canvas size
The frame option
The artwork
The shipping address

Please review these details carefully before completing checkout.

What if I need help before or after I order?

We can assist with:

Choosing the right canvas size
Comparing frame options
Questions before ordering
Checking an existing order
Finding tracking information
Reporting damaged or defective artwork
Understanding a return or warranty claim
Resolving another order issue

Whether you are still deciding what to purchase or already have your canvas in your home, our support team is here to help.
